Body Beast Bulk Series review

Just finished up three week  Body Beast  Build Series next step in 90 day program is Bulk. This was the beginning to the big change. The  Body Beast  Build Series focused on synergistic groups, allowing you to get strong and build a foundation to work on. This workout used old-school bodybuilding techniques in a time -efficient and intense way that's challenging and innovative. Used in combination with the  Body Beast   Bulk Series later in the program, this will produce powerful mass-building effect.

  • Body Beast  Build: Chest/Tris- Focused on the muscles of your chest and triceps a combination of Super, Giant and Single Sets will create strength and definition
  • Body Beast  Build: Back/Bis - Create that "V" shape with bigger lats, traps, rhomboids, and biceps. Get ready to pull and curl.
  • Body Beast  Build Legs- Say goodbye to skinny legs. Focused on building powerful quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes.
  • Body Beast  Build: Shoulders- Focused on creating perfect deltoids.
